The site is one of the western-most parcels of the original subdivision and backs onto the
drainage reserve which features a wide vegetated corridor draining to Lake Doonella (refer
Figure 7). The subject site is located approximately 78 metres from nearby residential premises
to the west. There are no clear visible sightlines to the residential properties west of the drainage
reserve.
