Overlay Code.

Applicant’s Response to Item 2: Please refer to Attachment A which provides amended plans
detailing:

       Roof over rear deck has been removed
       900mm eave has been provided to shade glass and provide protection from rain in line with council’s
        environmental policy.


The applicant considers that they have now responded to Councils request. Would you please continue with
