The proposed Sea Pen (Boat Lifting Device) does not interfere with the vessels or watercraft operating
within the Noosa Waters Estate watercourse as the Sea Pen does not protrude any further into the canal
than the existing jetty. Similarly, the new boat lift device does not interfere or impede access to the
adjoining properties’ jetties and demonstrated in Figure 3 below.
