3   MAYORAL MINUTES
    Cr Wellington moved the following motion:
    1      CHANGE OF INTENTION WITH REGARDS TO PROPOSED MOTION TO THE
           LOCAL GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION OF QUEENSLAND 2017 ANNUAL
           CONFERENCE - REPEAL OF WASTE MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION
           That Council withdraw the Proposed Motion to the Local Government Association of
           Queensland (LGAQ) 2017 Annual Conference - Repeal of Waste Management
           Legislation following advice received from LGAQ.
                                                                                   Carried.
