This is unchanged. • The maintenance of fuel loads in the large Lot 40 will remain as an unchanged requirement (i.e. maintain fuel loads below 10 tonne/ha). The compliance with Council’s Bushfire Overlay Code will be enhanced with the reduction and consolidation of lots. 4. Conclusion Overall, the proposed changes are minor in configuration and provide an enhanced Bushfire Management and protection outcome. L.S.
