How to Proceed

To finalise acceptance of this offer, please accept this letter of offer within 20 (twenty)
business days from the above Issue Date by either:

    •     accepting the letter of offer via the Energex Portal which can be found at
          https://www.energex.com.au/energexportals; or

    •     electronically signing and returning a signed copy in accordance with the
          process described below.

Electronic signing process

If you choose to accept this offer by signing electronically, please adhere fully to the
steps set out below. If you do not, the transaction may not be able to be finalised.

Step 1 –electronically sign the signing section of this letter of offer (do not alter any
        other part of the document) by either:
        • arranging for your authorised signatory to insert an electronic visual
          representation of their manual signature; or
        • (if the authorised signatory cannot sign electronically within the document)
          printing out the letter of offer and the schedules and arranging for your
          authorised signatory to sign in the signing section below.

Step 2 – If you sign electronically, please email the signed letter of offer and schedules
        in their entirety to [email protected]. We do not
        require the hard-copy of the signed letter of offer and schedules.

Please note the following:
        • Any alteration you make to the letter of offer or any of the schedules, not
          prominently highlighted in accompanying correspondence from you, will not be
          deemed to be accepted by Energex.
        • Digital signatures which do not also contain an electronic visual representation
          of the authorised signatory’s manual signature will not be accepted.
