Hi Rob.

Following our conversation on Sunday,
please refer to the map above that you
and Beth would have. It clearly shows

the council approved entry and exit to

my property. When we spoke, | informed
you that | was fencing off for safety
reasons. You were however adamant
about where my boundary ends and
where you park your car. | feel | have been
a good neighbour and a little empathy, as
exhibited by lan would have gone a long
way but | understand now Business first!
And | do wish you all the best with that
always however my children’s safety is
my number one priority and as such, | will
be fencing off hopefully sooner than later
after getting clearance with the council
and | intend to use my entry and exit point
and would appreciate it if you did not
block it anymore.
