Yes Rob but where you park your car

is not you designed parking spot. Its a
council approved easement for me to

be able to get in and out of my property.
Therefore not a designated parking spot.
lf council says otherwise (the entry to my
property can be blocked by cars)

then I shall stand corrected. Again, my
priority is the safety of my children.

| am sure any parent would be very
understanding of that.
