The nearest noise-sensitive premises are identified in Figure 4 and consist of a mix of commercial
and residential uses. Receiver R3 contains restaurants that are open after 10:00pm, hence all of the
receivers are considered to be noise-sensitive during the time the Sunshine Beach Surf Club is open
for trading.
