PURPOSE OF MEETING
The purpose of the Special Meeting was to consider Planning & Environment Court Appeal No. 30
of 2019 regarding Reconfiguring a Lot (1 lot into 2 lots) at 20 Mitti St, Noosa Heads.

     Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
     That the meeting be closed to the public pursuant to section 275(1)(f) and (g) of the Local
     Government Regulation 2012 for the purpose of discussing Special Meeting Agenda Item 1
     Planning & Environment Court Appeal No. 30 of 2019 - Reconfiguring a Lot (1 into 2 lots) at
     20 Mitti St, Noosa Heads.
                                                                        Carried unanimously.


     RE-OPENING OF THE MEETING TO THE PUBLIC

     That the meeting be re-opened to the public.
