Not applicable 5. CONCLUSIONS The proposal is the re-establishment of 2 Lots previously created which generally comply with the Specific Outcomes of the Noosa Plan with respect to Reconfiguration of a Lot within the Mary River Catchment locality. The proposal does not comply with the minimum Lot area as prescribed in the Noosa Plan; however the proposed Lot areas are identical to the Lot areas of the local area. The new Lots will reflect the character of the town of Pomona. Therefore it is requested that the application be approved subject to reasonable and relevant conditions. Moe Max Watterson
