4    CONTRIBUTION IN LIEU OF THE PROVISION OF OFF-STREET PARKING

5    COASTAL HAZARD MAPPING
     That Council note the report by the Senior Strategic Planner to the Planning & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 17 June 2014 regarding the State Government’s coastal hazards
     mapping and Local Government Association of Queensland’s legal advice on coastal
     hazards and Council liability issues.


6    LAKE MACDONALD RECREATION MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION PAPER
     That Council note the report by the Senior Strategic Planner to the Planning & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 17 June 2014 and authorise the Chief Executive Officer to
     respond to the Seqwater Lake Macdonald Recreation Management Discussion Paper
     dated April 2014 in accordance with the issues identified in the report by the Senior
     Strategic Planner.

7    ASSESSMENT OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR COMMERCIAL HIGH USE
     PERMITS (1314E012)

     Committee for consideration.

8    FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE - MAY 2014
     That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the Planning &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 17 June 2014.

9    NOOSA BIOSPHERE LTD - APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER REPRESENTATIVE
     That Council note the report by the Executive Officer to the Planning & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 17 th June 2014 and nominate the Chief Executive Officer as the
     representative of Council to exercise all or any of the powers the Council may exercise,
     being the sole member of the Noosa Biosphere Ltd Company.

10   AMENDMENT TO COUNCILLORS' EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
     That Council note the report by the Administration Officer Executive to the Planning &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 17 June 2014 and repeal the existing Councillors’
     Expenses Reimbursement Policy and adopt the amended Councillors’ Expenses
     Reimbursement Policy as shown at Attachment 1 to the report.
