Ttm Group Peregian Beach Assessment

        Area 1: 4hr parking immediately northeast of Peregian Beach Village.
        Area 2: 4hr parking immediately southeast of Peregian Beach Village.
        Area 3: On-street parking surrounding Peregian Beach Village including the parking area adjacent to
         David Low Way. Parking in Area 3 is separated based on use (i.e. PWD) and time limited parking (i.e.
         15 minute and 2hr).
        Area 4: Parking in the vicinity of Rufous Street. This is separated into:
            o Sub Area A: Formal public parking adjacent to the existing Community House
            o Sub Area B: Signed parking within the grassed verge on the eastern side of Rufous Street with
                 informal parking on the western side noted. The grass verged signed for parking is
                 approximately 75m long. Allowing a 3m width per vehicle, this results in an estimated capacity
                 of 25 cars; and
            o Sub Area C and D: Formal parking areas at the termination of Rufous Street.



             c. Parking Survey Results

The results of the parking survey are provided in Attachment 2. TTM have collated demand and supply for
formal parking areas including and excluding the signed grassed verge on Rufous Street. This summary
excludes illegal parking and on-street parking on Kingfisher Drive and is provided in Table 1.
