When viewed from Queen Street located centrally in the town of Cooran, the level of visual impact is
considered to be negligible. The monopole would be seen from Queen Street on the rear side of the
intervening vegetated ridge, in the background of view (Figure 7). The upper portion of the tower may be
seen above the ridgeline vegetation; however, it would be imperceptible at this distance. Please refer to the
cross-section provided in Figure 6.36 of the VIAR – Appendix A.
