The subject site is located within an existing established industrial business locality and is not located
on a major road that is higly visible. The immediate local context comprises of predominately of larger
format warehouse and industrial business uses. The nature of the proposed signage is compatible
with the proposed built form as well as the surrounding context. It is noted that the immediate
locality includes numerous examples of signage compatible with or greater than the size of the
proposed sign, including:
