           We refer to the above matter and advise we have now received the results of our searches in
           this matter and enclose a copy for your information. We advise that you need to read these in
           conjunction with our notations below:

           The property is the whole of the land contained in certificate of title reference 15977097
           which is presently registered in the name of the seller, Mixhill Pty Ltd A.C.N. 010 972 326.
           There is a mortgage registered to the National Australia Bank, which we will receive a
           release for at settlement.

           Easements
           There are no registered easements on the Title.

           Registered Plan
