              Queensland's training asset portfolio consists of over 40
              training facilities across the state- see Figure 1.
              The State’s training assets include land, buildings, plant
              and equipment. They are distributed across the state and
              aged between 5 and 35+ years, varying in condition, scale
              and function.
              TAFE Queensland is the state’s premier public provider of
              training, operating from the state-owned training assets
              and other facilities. DET is the owner of the assets and
              works in partnership with TAFE Queensland to maintain and
              manage the assets.
              Other users of the State’s training assets may include:
              * complementary training partners of TAFE Queensland
              * other education and training organisations
              *  community groups
              *  commercial tenants
              ¢  Government departments.
              Central Queensland state-owned training assets were
              previously transferred to Central Queensland University
              which owns and manages these training assets. The Central
              Queensland training assets are not included within the
              scope of developing the STAMP.
              Other public training providers such as agricultural colleges
              are not within the scope of the STAMP.
