The crossing point to Red Street is proposed north side of Red Street where it is considered safest. Typical Sections for Pottery Street and the New Road also indicate the footpath design. It is noted pedestrian movement in Red Street is provided for on grassed verges until its intersection with Reserve Street, near the local supermarket. It is considered the pavement proposed reasonably enhances the existing arrangements relevant to development of the subject land. 95 Groundwater Road, Southside Q 4570 M 0477 925 871 | E [email protected]

Brian Naismith B App Sc (Surv) Consulting Cadastral Surveyor Items 2 & 3 The Stormwater Management Plan has been prepared by Aquaintel. Reviewing that document, together with the Civil Drawings by Tod Consulting, it is considered all drainage and water quality issues requested have been properly addressed. Retaining walls are incorporated in the biobasin design, deemed reasonably justified in the technical note provided by Tod Consulting. Items 4&5 The Civil Drawings by Tod Consulting indicate road design, both frontage road and new road. Kerbing and widening have been incorporated as relevant to the proposed development, in Pottery Street and its intersection with Red Street. Underground servicing is preliminary designed, including stormwater drainage arrangements and sewerage (not requested in RFI). Item 6 The Bushfire Hazard Assessment & Management Plan has been prepared by North Coast Environmental Services. It addresses the required planning legislation and finds the development proposed wholly compliant.
