           RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUEST

In response to the Noosa Council Information Request dated 16 August 2016, please
find following Lambert & Rehbein’s responses to Hydrology Items No. 4 to 9. Revised
Civil Engineering plans have been included to support this response.

Issue
The Stormwater Management Plan Noosa Energy Centre – 140-142 Eumundi Noosa
Road, Noosaville For Denmac Nominees Pty Ltd Dated 14 July (Doc Ref:B16239CR002)
specifies for an above ground detention tank to be provided with three slow release
orifice pipes to control outflow. The Plans provided only show a schematic underground
tank with no orifices that match with the Stormwater Management Plan.

Information Required
Provide updated design plans that are consistent with the The Stormwater
Management Plan Noosa Energy Centre – 140-142 Eumundi Noosa Road,
Noosaville For Denmac Nominees Pty Ltd Dated 14 July (Doc Ref: B16239CR002)
or any relevant updated to that document as a result if this information request.

Lambert & Rehbein Response
Refer to details provided on Drawing B16239-CSK02 which illustrate the slow release
orifice arrangement located on an internal weir within the detention tank to control the
outflow. This arrangement is as per the Stormwater Management Plan.
