Natural Hazard Overlay

In accordance with the Natural Hazard Overlay, the site is mapped as containing medium, high and
very high potential bushfire intensity associated with the mapped vegetation within the site. In order
to meet the requirements of the Natural Hazard Overlay Code, S5 Environmental has prepared a
Natural Hazard Assessment and Management Plan (refer to S5035ER002, October 2017) to assess
the site specific bushfire hazard of the site. Refer to Figure 10 Natural Hazard Overlay below.
