Minor Change Application



-   Changes to the earthworks, driveway, access, and stormwater reflect changes to the approved dual
    occupancy.
Accompanying this letter is –
•   Appendix A – PA Form 5;
•   Appendix B – Land Owners Consent;
•   Appendix C – Copy of the Existing Approval including Approved Plans;
•   Appendix D – Minor Change and Substantially Different Development Tests;
•   Appendix E – Amended Development Plans;
•   Appendix F – Property Report;
•   Appendix G – Council Assets Map;
•   Appendix H – SARA Mapping Report; and
•   Appendix I – Landscape Plan.

The application fee is calculated to be $3,010.00 (Minor change to a Development Approval – minor
matters (as determined by Manager, Development Assessment) (i.e. Dual Occupancy)). The fee will be
paid upon receipt of a Notice to Pay / Invoice.

1 Site
The site is a 665.8m2 regular shaped allotment located at 9 George Street, Noosaville. It is currently
improved by an existing dwelling house with a garage and carport. The surrounding area comprises of
a mix of dwellings, duplexes, townhouses, and some neighbourhood scale commercial activities.
