1.3 Scope of Work
The specific scope of works for this flora assessment report includes:
• A field survey to search for and record threatened flora species listed under the EPBC Act and/or NC
Act within the clearing impact area and adjacent areas within a distance of 100 m;
• Detail the nature of the proposed impacts;
• Formulate and document all mitigation measures required to alleviate the potential impacts on
threatened flora species; and
• Provide advice regarding further compliance and notification requirements.
