Please see below response to the items requested by Council on 16 June 2022.


  RFI ITEM:
  The location of the proposed driveway within the site is mapped within The Noosa Plan 2020 –
  Landslide Hazard Overlay and the submitted plans do not include sufficient information on the
  driveway. Council are concerned the earthworks required to construct the required driveway will
  potentially result in site stability and sediment leaving the subject site into the local waterways.


  1. Provide additional detail on the access driveway. The detail must be prepared by a suitably
     qualified person (RPEQ – Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland) and include, but not
     limited to:
      a) a design that gives consideration to the Landslide Hazard Overlay and the ongoing stability
         of the site;
      b) widths, levels and grades of the access driveway;
      c) a longitudinal section extending from the centre of the formation in Black Pinch Road to the
         carport pad; and
      d) sufficient detail to demonstrate that a vehicle (B99 as described in AS/NSS2890.1:2004) will
         not bottom out of scrape at any point throughout the driveway;
      e) an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan to be utilised during the construction phase and in
         the longer term.
