  RFI ITEM:
  A Traffic Management Plan has not been provided as part of the application.


  5. Provide a Traffic Management Plan demonstrating what measures are to be implemented to
     ensure the safety of all road users during the movement of the relocated residence and the
     construction of the proposed works. This plan must be prepared by a suitably qualified person.

  Response:
  Please refer to the attached Transport Management Plan provided by Queensland House Removers.
  Although the report has not been prepared by an RPEQ, the plan is a detailed management plan
  that considers transport movement, utilities and transport infrastructure. The plan outlines that the
  house will be split into two smaller sized pieces that are not likely to have any significant impact on
  the traffic network during transport of the house to Black Pinch Road.



All the information requested by Council has now been supplied in accordance with the Planning Act
2016 and DA Rules – Part 3. It is now requested that Council continue to assess this application.
