2. Budget
The overall budget for this project, under the Queensland Reconstruction Authority’s (QRA)
Funding Agreement, is as follows:

3. Tender Process
Due to the budget for the trail upgrade works being greater than $200,000, staff prepared and
called for public tenders in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009. Tender T000061
was released via VendorPanel on 6 June 2022, and advertised on Council’s website on 1 June
2022 and within Noosa Today on 3 June 2022. The tender closed on 28 June with one (1)
conforming submission received.
4. Tender Assessment
The tender evaluation panel undertook an assessment using the following evaluation criteria
