(4) A local government must, as soon as practicable, notify any change to the days
and times mentioned in subsection (1) or (3) in the same way as the days and times
were previously notified.
Once the this report has been considered and a Council resolution is made, Council Officers
will publish the revised dates on the Noosa Council website: www.noosa.qld.gov.au and the
next available Noosa Today (print advertisement) after 18 August 2022 to comply with 245B of
the Local Government Regulation 2022.

That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Services & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 12 October 2021 and approve the Council meeting dates for 2022 as
