SERVICES & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 9 AUGUST 2022

 Commissioning of replacement water storage and water distribution infrastructure (funded
by the Unite and Recover grant program).
 Tree trimming and tree removal works as part of cyclical framework for vegetation
        management and guest amenity.
 Internal road maintenance and regular road maintenance of the alternate access from
        Louis Bazzo Drive.
 Formalisation of the unpowered camping zones with numbering and site markings to
improve operational efficiency, guest experience and commercial framework.
4. Noosa North Shore Campground Waste Water Treatment System
The wastewater treatment system (WWTS) was installed as part of 2020 campground
refurbishment project. A number of issues have been identified with the operation of the WWTS
which pose commercial, environmental, operational and compliance risk to Council. Council has
implemented a precautionary cyclical waste water pump out schedule while Council works to
resolve broader system failures. The system is being monitored by Council’s Plumbing Branch
and contractual advice has been sought on future actions.
5. Brand Development Initiative
The previously reported rebranding project for the Noosa Holiday Parks delivered a new
website, logos, graphics, value proposition development, unique selling propositions and icons,
inspired by Noosa’s natural environment.
The consistent improvement in guest experience, visitation and revenue levels achieved by
Noosa Holiday Parks business activity is partly attributed to the improved user navigation, clear
provision of information (park description, rules, maps, announcements) and streamlined online
booking functionality provided by the new website.
