      Trending patterns of wet and inclement weather impact on booking cycles and revenue
       outcomes.
Opportunities
      Consolidation of the business improvement and growth phase, and transition into a higher
       productivity and revenue phase.
      Deeper assessment of resource optimisation to deliver the Noosa Holiday Parks program
       (including management, operation and maintenance) noting the available resources
       include Council employees, contractors and Council’s contracted management service
       provider.
      Continued review of the effectiveness of the operating and contracting model adopted for
       the Noosa Holiday Parks, and identification of opportunities to optimise future contracting
       and operational frameworks.
      Investigation of opportunities for broadened market and service offerings through
       business case development and feasibility assessment of new accommodation and
       tourism experiences.
      Contribution to Council’s sustainability objectives through the introduction of on-charging
       for electricity at Noosa River Holiday Park.
      Ongoing improvement focus on future-proofing to safeguard commercial activity and
       business activity outcomes.
      Implementation of a habitat management program at Noosa North Shore Campground to
       safeguard Council’s investment in dunal and habitat rehabilitation between 2017 and
       2020.
