2.3.1 General
The construction works are currently being undertaken and will continue until December 2023 by the Principal Contractor BBN
CONSTRUCTIONS.
The scope of works primarily involves construction of a multi storey dwelling with 4 resident allotments and all civil work
required to complete the project.
The works also include the Construction of footpath leading across the front of premises connecting to existing infrastructure,
driveway construction for next door residence, road surface correction, and curb and channel construction in front of the
premises connecting to existing curbing on Pacific Ave. As well as reinstatement of associated infrastructure at the completion
of the works.

2.4 SITE CONSTRAINTS AND IMPACTS
This summary of the site constraints and impacts have been mandated by the relevant stakeholders;

    ➢ General
      •   All lane requirements are to comply with AGTTM V1.1, QGTTM, MUTCD Part 3, TALC, and MRTS02.1 attached to
          BBN-ELANDA-SB-UD-01project works.
      •   Pedestrian and cyclist access along the path to be maintained at all times.
      •   Emergency vehicle access must be maintained at all times.
      •   Cyclists are to share the road with live traffic flow through traffic management.
      •   Pedestrian pathways are unaffected by all Stages
      •   All plant, equipment and materials are to be used and stored within established site confines and within traffic
          management at all other times.
      •   Also deliveries and storage is to take place within the site confines.
      •   Road surface correction works to be done under road closure and detour conditions.
