3.1 CONTRACTOR INFORMATION
BBN CONSTRUCTIONS have provided site documentation available through the link on the cover page.

In the event of an emergency the only contact provided is listed below.

BBN CONSTRUCTIONS selected plant for use during works;
All required plant, personnel and processes for the project are assumed to be in line with current building codes, systems and
requirements as set out in state, territory and federal laws, regulations, WH&S requirements and technical documents
applicable to any and all stages and processes.

BBN CONSTRUCTIONS have nominated the senior site staff members (below) to participate in any traffic co-ordination
committee that may be convened. These members will ensure that key personnel are contactable out-side of working hours.
In the event of an emergency the key contacts are to be contacted in order as follows:

3.2 ROAD AUTHORITY (NSC) INFORMATION
NSC the asset owner and road authority, along with the Contractor their specific requirements as outlined within section 2.4 of
this TMP. As such, no further restrictions have been imposed.
This includes that there is no restriction on;
     ➢ Total Allowable Lane Closures.
     ➢ Separation requirements.
     ➢ Road Closures.
     ➢ Detours.
     ➢ Working Hours or Night works.

3.3 COMMUNITY INFORMATION
This TMP has been developed in such a way as to reduce the impact to stakeholders, road users, pedestrian traffic and essential
government services. As part of the development process, these groups have been identified and considerations have been
made to accommodate them as practicably as possible. Contact details and business hours have been recorded as per the
community consultation register located in Appendix I.

BBN Constructions are responsible for any community engagement, communication and consultation required in accordance
with, any BBN CONSTRUCTIONS Community Liaison Plan which, is to be used in conjunction with this TMP.
