    1.     INTRODUCTION
Sunshine Residences is 4 Luxury Apartments across 3 Levels including private roof decks to be constructed at
65-67 Elanda Street, Sunshine Beach.

The aim of the construction management plan is to ensure that appropriate measures have been considered
for environmental protection and management, site access, egress, storage and the operation of the site
during all phases of the construction process in a manner that respects the surrounding environment and
adjoining owner’s property rights, maintains public and workers safety, minimises disruption to pedestrians
and vehicular traffic within this locality, and protect services.


    2.     SCOPE OF WORKS
The completed residential unit complex will consist of:
    • Private Garage Carparking with designated visitor parking
    • 3 Levels plus Private Roof Deck – 4 Apartments in total
    • Suspended Concrete and Blockwork structures.

The project is described on Architectural Plans prepared by Invilla Designs.

Works to be completed by BBN Constructions include:
   • Detailed excavation
   • Building Foundations
   • Retaining Walls to support structure and concrete pavements
   • Building Services
   • Internal Retaining Walls
   • Upper Level Suspended Slabs
   • Upper Level Walls and Columns
   • Internal Fitout of Apartments
   • External Cladding and screens
   • Hard and Soft Landscaping
   • Roadworks
   • Plunge Pools and pool fencing
    3. MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION SITE
The following is a description of the how the site amenities will be set-up and how public safety, including
vehicle and pedestrian traffic will be managed throughout the construction of the building.


    i.   PUBLIC SAFETY
Site Fencing
Temporary Fencing will be placed on the external perimeter of the site to prevent access. The gate will be
locked at the end of shifts and when the site is non-operational.
Traffic Management
All material and equipment will be delivered into the site via Elanda Street. Please refer to the attached
traffic management plan for the proposed traffic management plan for the project.
