4.4 SITE COMPOUND / ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS.
As per section 3.1 All site access and stowage is to be confined to within the site perimeter on within established TTM. Obtaining
relative permissions for the use of this space are the responsibility of BBN CONSTRUCTIONS.

As per the comments on all TGS plans, access to the respective work areas during each respective will be managed by workers
and UHF Radio call ups on approach.

4.5 PROPOSED INNOVATIONS
This TMP and the associated TGS included do not require any innovation to the requirements of MRTS02. Innovative principals
have been incorporated into this plan via the use of progressive planning methodologies.

4.6 KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS TO BE APPLIED AND MEASURED
MRTS02.1 outlines a maximum delay to travel time of 5 minutes for the project. Traffic Management will reviewed if any results
are beyond the 5 minute maximum in line with the Non-conformance process.

The effectiveness of the speed limits of the works will be monitored as part of the works and in accordance with the Speed
Management Plan for the project as outlined within clause 4.7 of this document. Where speed monitoring demonstrates that
speed compliance is not achieved (the 85% percentile speed is greater than 10 km/h above the posted roadwork speed limit),

BBN CONSTRUCTIONS shall act in accordance with the Speed Management Plan and review this TMP.

BBN CONSTRUCTIONS shall keep a register of all communications and complaints received and actions taken to investigate and
address each complaint. All complaints will be responded to or resolved within 48 hours. The register of complaints will be
updated and communicated to the client within 48 hours of a complaint.

4.7 SPEED MANAGEMENT PLAN
The Speed Management Plan included within Appendix E of this Traffic Management Plan outlines the proposed speed limits
during and outside of work hours, the measures to be taken to monitor speeds and remedial actions to ensure compliance with
the speed limit. The creation of the Speed Management Plan is a required part of this TMP as outlined within Clause 5.4 of
MRTS02.
