         •    instruct traffic controllers to remain on the job and relieve them as necessary, where there are traffic hazards, or
              where only one lane is open to traffic
         •    reposition barriers, signs and tapers as necessary (e.g. adjust the length of single lane traffic operation, as
              necessary, to keep it to a minimum), keep records of changes made, and the time these occurred
         •    coordinate maintenance of the travelled path with other job operations.

    c)   7.6 Closing down at the end of the day
         The following action is required at the end of the day’s work:
         •    carry out pre-closedown inspection, allowing time for urgent maintenance to the travelled path
         •    remove Traffic Controller Ahead/PREPARE TO STOP, Workers (symbolic) and other inappropriate signs
         •    affix and light lamps on advance signs, if appropriate
         •    drive through the worksite to confirm that signs and devices are in position and operating before leaving the site
         •    record any changes that have been made to the previously recorded sign arrangement or traffic guidance scheme.

         The lead Traffic controller shall also undertake a drive through signage check after any significant event such as a
         storm. In the event of an observed failure or inadequacy within the TMP or TGS or if a modification is required, the NTO
         shall be called without delay.

6.3.1 Non-conformities
Any existing or potential non-conformities involving the works area and the worksite traffic management within the works area
will be reported to both the lead traffic controller and site supervisor. In accordance with MRTS02 the client/asset owner NSC
will direct BBN CONSTRUCTIONS to raise a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and shall have all documentation supplied as per
AGTTM 10 Part 3 within 24 hours.

6.4 SAFETY PLAN
A BBN-ELANDA-SB-UD-01 specific Safety Management Plan has been devised by BBN CONSTRUCTIONS and has been approved
and adopted NSC. The Safety Management Plan is to be read in conjunction with the TMP and included within any BBN-ELANDA-
SB-UD-01 Project Inductions. As part of the induction process all workers onsite including Traffic Control will review and sign
onto the relevant BBN-ELANDA-SB-UD-01specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).

A SWMS is required by law for all high risk construction activities including work;
    ➢ is carried out on, in or adjacent to a road, railway, shipping lane or other traffic corridor in use by traffic other than
       pedestrians
    ➢ is carried out in an area of a workplace where there is any movement of powered mobile plant.

6.5 APPROVALS
BBN CONSTRUCTIONS have advised that all relevant approvals such as Road Corridor Permits, have been applied for and
granted. Upon approval of this plan and a minimum of 7 days prior to works the Traffic Control Application Form shall be
submitted. No Activities or works shall commence until an approved signed Traffic Control Permit is issued and received by the
applicant.

6.6 CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
The works are programmed between 08/24 and 12/2025. It is assumed that BBN Constructions will not program works for any
periods encompassing School or Public holidays. See Appendix F.

The MPH05-BBN-HA-MB-01a has been programmed as LONG TERM works, operating between the hours of 7am and 6pm
Monday to Friday as dictated by traffic volumes and the mid-block requirements for the minimum number of lanes.
