9.2.5 Nominated Traffic Officer
The Nominated Traffic Officer (NTO) is the person responsible for the preparation and implementation of the TMP and TGS in
accordance with Clause 5.2 of MRTS02. BBN Constructions is not required to have a NTO under MRTS02 annexure attached to
this project.
However BBN CONSTRUCTIONS have engaged a local TMD Firm to provide specialist assistance in Traffic Management.
Details of the company and individual are provided below.
     1. Successfully completed the Transport and Main Roads approved Traffic Management Design Training course delivered
          by a registered training provider.

9.2.6 Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
All Traffic Management and control processes outlined within the TMP are in accordance with the QGTTM Part 3 and as such, do
not require RPEQ Certification for the relevant scope.

9.3 TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION
This plan will be administered in accordance with MPH’s Accreditation. This plan will be reissued with a revised revision number
and date and will be communicated to all relevant parties. A copy of the current approved revision of this Traffic Management
Plan and all Traffic Guidance schemes will be kept onsite in hard copy by the Site Supervisor.

9.4 NOTIFICATIONS
Further to the Community and Accident and Incident Notifications previously outlined within this TMP, the Site Supervisor must
make contact with the Cairns Traffic Management Centre (TMC) on 1800 131 940 before and after each shift. The information
provided to the TMC must include details of the traffic management being implemented and the permit number. The Site
Supervisor must also make contact with any other parties if requested by the TMC.

9.5 RECORDS AND REPORTING
In accordance with MRTS02 clause 5.6.4, all documentation relating to traffic management including TGS’s, TMP’s, amendments
to these diagrams or plans, daily checks, or audits will be retained.

Documents relating to Worksite Traffic Management will be controlled in accordance with established BBN CONSTRUCTIONS
record keeping procedures and shall be retained by the Contractor in accordance with the Limitation of Actions Act 1974 (or
longer if required).

All records will be provided to the Client at the end of each month, and at other times upon request by the
Administrator.
