9. MANAGEMENT PROCESSES
9.1 KEY PERSONNEL
The below table summarises the key personnel for the project including relevant phone numbers. Their roles and responsibilities
are outlined within section 9.2 of this plan. The Project Manager appointed by BBN CONSTRUCTIONS is primarily responsible for
the site on behave of the Principal Contractor BBN CONSTRUCTIONS.

The site supervisor will be the next person in the chain of command onsite to whom the PM delegate’s the relevant authority to
direct and conduct works.

All workers and traffic controllers’ onsite will report to and be under the control of the site supervisor.

9.2 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
9.2.1 Project Manager
    1.    Provide the necessary resources for the development, implementation and monitoring of this Traffic Management
          Plan. This includes taking reasonable steps to ensure that the business or undertaking has and uses appropriate
          resources and processes to provide and maintain a safe work environment.
    2.    Ensure that employees or subcontractors have the required skills and training to implement and adhere to this Traffic
          Management Plan
    3.    Ensure any incidents are recorded and notified if required.
    4.    Ensure that all identified hazards are controlled.
    5.    Ensure compliance with this Traffic Management Plan.
    6.    Ensure communication and consultation with the affected stakeholders is undertaken in accordance with the
          Community Liaison plan.
    7.    Comply with all necessary requirements regarding the movement of traffic within the relevant road network.

9.2.2 Project Supervisor
    1.    Ensure implementation of the traffic management plan in accordance with the developed documentation.
    2.    Ensure that employees or subcontractors have the required skills and training to implement and adhere to the traffic
          management plan activities
    3.    Document and investigate incidents or near-miss incidents relating to the traffic management
    4.    Regularly inspect the workplace, monitoring working and traffic conditions and taking appropriate action where
          necessary
    5.    To rectify safety matters raised by workers within their area of responsibility
    6.    Ensure the Traffic Management Plan is complied with
    7.    Comply with all necessary requirements regarding the movement of traffic within the worksite and on adjoining roads

9.2.3 Workers and Subcontractors
    1.    Correctly wear high visibility vests/shirts, in addition to other protective equipment required (e.g. footwear, eye
          protection, helmet, sun protection etc.), at all times whilst on the worksite.
    2.    Comply with the requirements of the Traffic Management Plan and ensure no activity is undertaken that will endanger
          the safety of themselves, other workers or the general public. Workers must comply with
    3.    Any reasonable instruction and cooperate with any reasonable policy or procedure relating to health and safety.
    4.    Enter and leave the site by approved routes via the VMP (Vehicle Management Plan) and in accordance with safe work
          practices

9.2.4 Traffic Controllers
    1.    Be polite and courteous at all times when interacting with other road users as part of their duties
    2.    Maintain a “zero percent” blood/alcohol concentration while performing traffic control duties
    3.    Wear any prescribed corrective lenses and/or hearing aids as required to meet sight and hearing standards for the
          scheme while performing traffic control duties
    4.    Comply with any specific conditions of approval in connection with their accreditation
