APPENDIX E – SPEED MANAGEMENT PLAN
E1 Scope and Objective
As per MRTS02 Appendix A the objective of the Speed Management Plan is to achieve compliance by road users with the
roadwork speed limits. It documents all measures to be taken by BBN CONSTRUCTIONS to achieve this outcome. Under
Workplace health and safety regulations BBN CONSTRUCTIONS have an obligation to ensure that speed controls are monitored
and effective. This TMP Speed Management Plan follows the planning process outlined in MRTS02.
