Where necessary the Head Contractor shall seek the advice of the Relevant Authorities and forward any
instruction made to the appropriate parties involved. Records of all non-conformance reports shall be kept
on site.


    12. ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING
As part of their Site induction/training all personnel engaged in the works shall be made aware of the
provisions of this Construction and Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) in order to promote a general
awareness of the environment and to minimize any potential impact to it. Environmental induction and
training shall be appropriately commensurate with their roles and environmental responsibilities in the
project. Evidence of environmental induction and training of personnel in this project shall be maintained on
the project records.
