1.3. Balancing of load currents (Rule S5.3.6)
     a) ENERGEX requires a connected Customer's load to be balanced across
        all phases in order to maintain the negative sequence voltage at each
        connection point at less than or equal to the limits of the system standards
       por the nominal supply vollage level, being as set out in the following
        table:
