3.3    Works Completed - Seeking Retrospective Approval
16.    It is noted that this application seeks retrospective approval for the earthworks and construction of the
       hardstand storage area, which was carried out without Council approval (refer to Figure 4 below). The
       occurrence of the works without approval was raised by Council via an Advisory Letter dated 20 March
       2023. It is intended to rectify the matter with a Development Application for Operational Works upon
       receipt of a Material Change of Use approval from Council.

17.    As shown on the Contour and Detail Survey Plan in Appendix 2, a small section of pavement has been
       constructed over the front boundary of the site, into the Vision Court road reserve. The landowner
       intends to rectify the encroachment by cutting back the hardstand surface to the boundary line and
       relocating any fencing accordingly.
