Landscaping Code
  The proposed development complies with the Performance/Acceptable Outcomes of the
  Landscaping Code in that:
   - 32.6% of the site area will comprise of soft landscaping;
   - runoff from the carparking areas is directed to a field inlet located within the landscape
      area; and
   -   Future planting can be designed to comply with PSP2 - Landscaping in accordance with a
      subsequent operational works application.




Driveways and Parking Code

  The proposed development complies with the Performance/Acceptable Outcomes of the
  Driveways and Parking Code in that:
      • It provides the following parking provisions in compliance with Table 9.4.1.4:
             o 20 car spaces, including two PWD spaces;
             o 2 motorcycle spaces; and
             o 4 bicycle spaces.
      • Access loading and unloading is provided for an MRV, which would be the largest
         design vehicle likely needing to access the site; and
      • It will provide for driveways, parking and manoeuvring areas compliant with Australian
         Standards for off-street carparking.
