         Council Resolution
         Moved:             Cr Stockwell
         Seconded:          Cr Finzel
         That Council note the report by the Manager Development Assessment to the Planning
         & Environment Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2022 regarding Planning &
         Environment Court Appeal D100 of 2022 and
         A.    Agree to continue enforcement against Noosa Airfield to address the current
               breach of the Noosa Plan 2020 and Planning Act 2016;and.
         B.    Refer all aircraft noise complaints to Air Services Australia.
                                                                             Carried unanimously.
         Cr Stewart returned to the meeting and resumed the chair.

         That Council note the report by the Coordinator Planning to the General Committee
         Meeting dated 15 August 2022 regarding MCU22/0038 for a Development Permit for
         Material Change of Use – Commercial Business Type 1 – Office and Commercial
         Business Type 2 - Medical situated at 28 Eenie Creek Rd Noosaville and:
         A.    Approve the application in accordance with the following conditions:
         When Conditions must be Complied With
         1.    Unless otherwise stated, all conditions of this Decision Notice must be complied
               with prior to the use commencing, and then compliance maintained at all times
               while the use continues.

         2.    Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply

               following table and may be further amended by the conditions of this approval.
