     That the operation of the Standing Orders or any relevant provision thereof be suspended to
     allow Council to consider an item of General Business.

     That Noosa Council express its sincere condolences on the passing of former Councillor, Olive
     Donaldson and acknowledge Olive’s significant contribution to the Noosa Community.
                                                                          Carried unanimously.

     Seconded:       Cr Wilkie
     That Standing Orders be resumed.
                                                                          Carried unanimously.
2.   CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES

     The Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting held on 21 July 2022 be received and confirmed.
