Summary
This report provides a statutory assessment against the intents and code requirements of the Noosa
Plan 2018 and the State planning interests.
The Development Assessment Mapping System (DAMS) identifies the Area within 25 metres of a
State Transport Corridor and State-Controlled Road Intersection overlays as being applicable to the
subject site. The proposed development has been assessed against the codes requirements below.
The proposed development has been assessed against the applicable Noosa Plan Development
Codes.
