The following Recommendations from the General Committee were adopted
without discussion or further amendment.

The General Committee recommendations dated 28 July 2014 be adopted except where dealt
with or held over by separate resolution.

2    COUNCIL CABS REVIEW - FURTHER REPORT
     That Council note the report by Design Services Manager to the General Committee dated
     28 July 2014 and defer consideration of the matter to a future round of Council meetings to
     allow the development of appropriate parameters for the Council Cabs service in the Noosa
     Shire.


5    CORRECTION OF 2014/15 WASTE MANAGEMENT MINIMUM CHARGE
     That Council note the report by the Director Corporate Services to the General Committee
     Meeting dated 28 July 2014 and:
     A.     Agree to reduce the minimum waste service charge to $194 from the current $230
            per annum; and
     B.     Make the necessary adjustment to affected property rate balance records in Council’s
            rating system.
