 The size of Lots has also considered constraints such as, Open Space protection and bushfire
 mitigation. In addition, Lot 3 and 7 are sized to provide for a mixed use village centre that is
 integrated with the existing ‘Noosa Civic’ development and other uses consistent with the Draft
 Framework & Character Plan (Figure 1). This also includes provision for a transit centre to the
 north west and civic space area as part of the proposed Village Mixed Use and Village Green
 Space area.
