 6. Flood Zoning
The proposed site is not in a recognised flood zone according to the Noosa Regional Council
River Flood Information Map 10-B50 dated September 2012. See Figure 6.1 below for Flood
map. The map shows that there is no flood zone in close proximity to the proposed site,
therefore flooding issues do not apply to this site.

The proposed site is also shown not to flood on the Cooroy & Lake Macdonald Natural Hazard:
Landslide & Flooding Overlay (Map OM3.3).


 7. Sewer Reticulation
The proposed site is located within the urban footprint of the Cooroy Sewer treatment Plant.
