Figure 7.2 shows a sewer main behind the site, running from north to south with an existing
property connection in Wimmer’s Lane.

A new 150dia sewer connection will be provided from the main in Wimmer’s Lane to the
proposed development to Unitywater standards.

For more details of the sewer reticulation refer to the engineering plans in Appendix B.

Internal house drainage design for this proposed development will be by others.


 8. Water Reticulation
Figure 6.3 shows the existing water reticulation infrastructure for the proposed site. A hydrant
is situated adjacent to the site in Garnet Street.
