1 Introduction
Cardno was commissioned by Kenlynn Pty Ltd to undertake an ecological assessment in relation to a
Reconfiguration of a Lot (RoL) application for Lot 71 on MCH 2854 situated at number 2, David Low Way,
Castaways Beach (the Site). The Site is 0.97hectares in extent and is located in Noosa Shire Council Local
Government Area. The location of the Site is shown in Figure 1 and an aerial photograph of the Site is
presented in Figure 2.
