neighbourhood and Pomona village generally and may be native or
exotic plants.
These locally favoured plants must also be characterised as
non-invasive, have proven long lifecycles, be generally low maintenance
and be identified as fire retardant in accordance with the Bushfire
Mitigation Report FM 5601 by Eldon Bottcher Architect. 1
