           Floatation unit to consist of solid block ofpoly styrene foam.


           Fibre glass cladding to be single lay up of double bi-axle matting 900grams per sq meter.


           40 mpa concrete 75 mm thick to deck of pontoon including galvanised steel reinforcing
           with fibre mesh and silicon in mix design.


           Pile sun-ound and mooring cleat fixing points cast into concrete deck.


           All steel fittings 316 grade stainless steel.


           Mooring cleats at two meter centers to face of pontoon.

           Rubber gunnels to face ofpontoon and both ends.


           Quality UV stabilised outdoor carpet in subdued color to walkway and pontoon.

           2.5 mm aluminium sheeting to deck of walkway.


          Light, water and power facility including 250mm sphere light, outdoor power outlet and
          brass hose cock on 2.0m high aluminium post fixed on pontoon deck next to walkway.


          Access will be required to property prior to pontoon installation to carry out necessary
          concrete work associated with the installation.
